Three steps

How to use it

Ten minutes, hands free, four to five times a week.

  1. Clean, bare skin

Remove makeup, sunscreen and eye cream. Light works best on bare skin.

    1 minute
  2. Wear it, eyes closed

Rest it on the bridge of your nose, close your eyes and press the button.

    10 minutes
  3. Then your skincare

Apply your eye cream or serum afterwards, not before.

    4 to 5 times a week

Keep your eyes closed for the whole session. Do not use if you have an eye condition, are photosensitive, take medication that increases light sensitivity, or have recently had eye surgery. Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant.

What to expect

This is a slow routine, not an overnight fix

Light therapy works gradually. Here is the honest timeline reported by regular users.

  1. Weeks 1 to 3

    Little visible change

Take a photo in consistent light now so you have a starting point.

  2. Weeks 4 to 8

    Skin looks more even

The first change people usually report is skin that looks more hydrated and even.

  3. Months 3 to 4

    Texture changes slowly

Compare your photos side by side. Fine lines change gradually.

  4. Ongoing

    Keep the routine

This supports a routine rather than a one-time result. Stopping means changes fade.

Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use.

FAQ

Questions about the eye mask

Anything else? Message us on WhatsApp and we reply within a few hours.

Is it safe around the eyes?

It uses low-level LED light with no UV. Keep your eyes closed for the whole session and never look into the lights. If you have any eye condition or recent eye surgery, check with your doctor first.

Does it hurt or heat up?

No. You may feel mild warmth and see a red glow through your eyelids.

Can I use it over makeup?

No. Use it on clean, bare skin and apply skincare afterwards.

How often should I use it?

Ten minutes, 4 to 5 times a week. Using it more often does not speed things up.

When will I see a difference?

Slowly. Most people compare photos over 8 to 12 weeks.

Will it remove dark circles?

It supports a skincare routine rather than treating a condition. Dark circles often come from genetics, sleep or thinning skin, and light therapy will not change all of those.

Can I use it with the GrowLux cap?

Yes, on the same day or alternate days. Neither replaces the other.

Can I wear it with contact lenses?

Take them out first, for comfort.
